About Alexa – MSW Intern

Hi, I’m Alexa, a Master of Social Work intern with a strong passion for mental health and client-centered care. I believe meaningful change happens when individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their own process. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a focus on supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, and ADHD-related challenges while building practical coping skills and insight. I value connection, balance, and wellness, and I aim to bring those values into my work with clients.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, exploring coffee shops, and engaging in reflection and personal growth.
