Is Text Therapy Right for Me?

I often find it easier to express myself by writing/text than by speaking on the phone.

I tend to think through my thoughts before I respond in conversations.

I’m comfortable with shorter, more frequent check-ins rather than longer sessions.

I like having a written record of what I and my therapist have said.

I often feel anxious about speaking out loud in real time.

I value flexibility in scheduling and wouldn’t mind sessions outside traditional office hours.

I prefer to reflect on my feelings privately before sharing rather than on the spot.
