My name is Javiel Rowe. I am a Licensed Social Worker. I became a social worker after discovering my passion for helping those who have been disadvantaged and seeing the beauty in their triumph. I was born in San Angelo and obtained my education throughout West Texas, graduating from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration.
I have been privileged to work with a variety of populations, including those in hospice care and their caregivers, clients in crisis with suicidal ideation, clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, those going through significant life changes, and couples.
I specialize in providing online couples therapy and online relationship counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. My practice is dedicated to supporting relationships of all kinds—including dating, married, and polyamorous partnerships, as well as LGBTQIA+ and African American relationship counseling—to foster connection, healing, and growth.
I also work with individuals and couples navigating complex challenges such as sex and love addiction, affairs, and betrayals, offering affordable couples therapy options to ensure accessibility.
