Learn More About Therapy With Me
Sometimes anxiety, attention challenges, or emotional stress can feel confusing or hard to put into words. You may notice repeating patterns in your thoughts or relationships without fully understanding where they come from or how to change them. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of these experiences.
My work focuses on helping clients build self-awareness and insight into the emotional and relational patterns that shape their daily lives. Through thoughtful, collaborative conversations, we explore both present concerns and underlying experiences while also developing practical skills to support everyday functioning.
Sessions are nonjudgmental, paced with care, and centered on helping you feel safe, understood, and supported as you grow.
About Stephanie – MSW Intern
Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Master of Social Work intern with a strong interest in psychodynamic therapy. I believe that increased self-awareness can be a powerful catalyst for change, and I strive to create a thoughtful, supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships, and internal experiences.
My approach is reflective and collaborative, with a focus on helping individuals better understand the patterns contributing to anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and emotional stress, while also building practical tools for daily life.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading, exercising, going to the movies, and spending quality time with loved ones. I value balance, reflection, and wellness, and I aim to carry these values into both my personal life and therapeutic practice.
