Therapy for When You’re Carrying a Lot

You may be keeping up with work, school, relationships, parenting, or everyday responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. Anxiety, burnout, difficult past experiences, relationship stress, or a major life change can make it harder to feel like yourself.

I work with clients who want to better understand what they’re experiencing, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, adjusting to change, strengthening a relationship, or simply looking for a space where you can be honest about what you’re carrying, therapy can give you room to slow down and move forward.

About Sade Betiku, LMSW

Hi, I’m Sade. My approach to therapy is warm, curious, honest, and practical. I believe therapy should give you room to talk openly about what’s happening while also helping you understand patterns, build useful skills, and make changes that feel realistic for your life.

I’m especially interested in helping clients make connections between what they’re experiencing today and the experiences that may have shaped them. We’ll explore those connections without losing sight of what you need in the present.

You won’t find judgment or pressure to have everything figured out in our sessions. There can be room for difficult conversations, reflection, encouragement, and even humor. I see therapy as a collaborative process: you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you notice patterns, explore possibilities, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
