I am so glad you are here! At The Empowering Space, our purpose is to provide a non-judgmental, encouraging space to help you feel rejuvenated, recharged and empowered. With compassion and understanding, we specialize in working with clients through emotional issues and times of transition and helping them cultivate their own inner wisdom and inherent strength towards personal growth.

Fueled by our passion for mental health access, we offer effective evidence-based HIPAA secure online therapy in the states of Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, Louisiana and Mississippi. We look forward to working with you soon!

Online counseling or telemental health is traditional therapy using a secure HIPAA complaint video platform. Much like using Skype or FaceTime to communicate with loved ones, online counseling offers the same beneficial convenience and flexibility.
