About Me
Hi, I’m Deebra Jennings, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Virtual Family Therapist passionate about helping families, couples, and women find healing and connection after pain.
My career began in Child Protective Services, where I worked extensively with foster care and private adoptions. Over time, I noticed how cycles of hurt within families often led to emotional struggles in both parents and children. That realization inspired me to expand my work to include single mothers, couples, and family systems, focusing on how healing relationships can transform lives.
I hold a Master’s in Human Behavior and a Master of Social Work from Tulane University, where I specialized in families and trauma. My integrative therapeutic approach blends Gottman Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: healing begins when we address the whole self, mind, heart, and relationships. Whether you’re rebuilding after betrayal, navigating family conflict, or seeking emotional clarity, I’m here to help you rediscover hope and wholeness.
Let’s begin your healing journey together.
