Learn More About Therapy With Me
Relationships and life transitions can surface deep emotional wounds, especially when past experiences or trauma have gone unaddressed. You may find yourself feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, either on your own or within your relationship. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin rebuilding from a place of understanding and compassion.
My work focuses on supporting adults and couples as they navigate emotional healing, relationship repair, and personal growth. I use an integrative approach that blends Gottman-based strategies, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to help clients strengthen communication, process trauma, and move toward clarity and stability. Sessions are virtual and designed to be flexible and supportive for clients in Texas.
About Deebra Jennings, LMSW
Hi, I’m Deebra Jennings, a Licensed Master Social Worker passionate about helping adults and couples find healing, connection, and emotional clarity after difficult life experiences.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively in Child Protective Services, foster care, and private adoptions. That work gave me a deep understanding of how trauma, attachment, and relational patterns shape us over time. While I no longer provide therapy for minors or families, that background strongly informs my work with adults and couples who are seeking healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Tulane University with a concentration in families and trauma, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. My integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s needs, always grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect.
I believe healing happens when we address the whole person, including emotional history, present challenges, and the relationships that matter most. I would be honored to support you as you work toward growth and restoration.
