Learn More About Therapy With Me
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time. Many clients come in feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, whether in relationships, emotions, or self-perception. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I believe that your reactions make sense in the context of your life experiences. You are not broken, you are responding in ways that once helped you cope. In therapy, we gently explore those patterns while building new ways of thinking, communicating, and responding that feel more aligned with the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in real-life application. Together, we focus on emotional awareness, communication, boundaries, and coping tools that you can actually use outside of sessions. Over time, clients often notice greater clarity, improved relationships, and a stronger sense of emotional stability and self-trust.
About Sade Betiku, LMSW
Hello, I’m Sade Betiku, a Licensed Master Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Texas and California.
As the daughter of immigrants, I deeply understand what it means to navigate multiple cultures, expectations, and identities. My work is grounded in cultural awareness, emotional safety, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I hold space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, cultural identity, and major life transitions.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices while keeping therapy practical and human-centered. I focus on helping clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen relationships, and build tools for emotional resilience and growth.
Outside of my clinical work, I am passionate about supporting individuals in finding clarity, healing, and a stronger connection to themselves and their lives.
