Learn More About Therapy With Me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to provide a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without judgment.
My approach is solutions-focused and strengths-based, meaning we work together to identify what is already working for you while building practical tools to support your growth. Therapy is personalized to your needs so that your progress feels meaningful and aligned with your goals.
I am especially skilled in working with children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those living with or supporting someone with chronic illness. I aim to create a space where all clients feel respected, affirmed, and safe to be themselves.
Together, we focus on building coping strategies, emotional resilience, and confidence so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and support.
