My approach is solutions-focused and strengths-based, meaning we work together to identify what is already working for you while building practical tools to support your growth. Therapy is personalized to your needs so that your progress feels meaningful and aligned with your goals.

I am especially skilled in working with children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those living with or supporting someone with chronic illness. I aim to create a space where all clients feel respected, affirmed, and safe to be themselves.

Together, we focus on building coping strategies, emotional resilience, and confidence so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and support.

Natasha Olivier is a Master of Social Work candidate currently completing her degree at Walden University. She provides compassionate, strengths-based, and solutions-focused support to clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

Her clinical interests include child and adolescent mental health, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming care, chronic illness support, and emotional wellness counseling. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Natasha believes therapy should be collaborative and meaningful, helping clients build resilience, confidence, and practical coping skills for everyday life.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys crafting, music, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
