I get it and understand that you can be going about your life as you’ve known it to be and boom, life happens! Life throws you a curveball. I know what that feels like, we all do in some capacity. I was living my life as I knew it and boom, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The question you have to ask yourself is, do I lie down and be defeated or do I get up and keep going. I know it’s not easy. But if you’re looking for a safe space to express yourself, talk out some things, wanting someone who will listen, ready for a change, I will be more than happy to walk with you through the process. Let’s work and heal!
