Learn More About Therapy With Me

Hello! I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) student and therapist-in-training under supervision with experience supporting adults and teens as they navigate stress, traumatic experiences, life transitions, and environmental barriers.

My work is largely informed by feminist and systems theories, and my approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe each person is whole, capable of healing, and the expert of their own life. My goal is to help you feel empowered to create and live the life you want to live. Individuals of all identities and intersectionalities are welcome.

Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and supported in daily life.

Sessions are provided via telehealth under clinical supervision and are paced with care to ensure a safe, supportive therapeutic experience.
