About Me

Hi, I’m Chariss, a social work intern passionate about helping others reconnect with self-trust and possibility. My approach to therapy is deeply collaborative and rooted in curiosity. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply seeking clarity, I strive to create a flexible, nonjudgmental space where reflection and growth can happen naturally.

My work focuses on supporting clients through anxiety, chronic pain, and obsessive or compulsive patterns, always with the goal of helping them feel more grounded, capable, and connected to themselves.

Before pursuing social work, I worked in human resources and nonprofit leadership, including as an Executive Director of a family-focused organization. That experience shaped my belief in the power of compassion, flexibility, and community in creating lasting change.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me enjoying arts and crafts, playing video or board games, or reading something new. I believe healing often starts in the small, joyful moments that remind us we’re human, and that change is always possible.
