About Me
I’m Nayona (pronounced Ney-AA-Naa).
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in Texas who helps individuals work through trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and the messy, complicated parts of life that can make you feel stuck or disconnected.
If you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, running on empty, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with yourself, you’re in the right place. I specialize in creating a safe, supportive space where you can finally breathe, be seen, and start doing the real work of healing.
My approach is client-centered, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic practices to help you understand how your past experiences shape your present patterns, and how to shift them toward growth and freedom.
Therapy with me isn’t about labels or quick fixes; it’s about connection, curiosity, and compassion. We’ll move at your pace, talk about what truly matters, and build tools that work in your real life, not just in session.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, recovering from trauma, struggling with relationships, or rediscovering your sense of self, I’ll meet you where you are. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to show up. Together, we’ll help you find your way back to yourself.
