Learn More About Therapy With Me
I work with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggling with overthinking, people-pleasing, anxiety, or patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they are.
These struggles make sense. They are not signs of weakness, but signs of adaptation. Often, they come from what your nervous system learned it needed to do to survive. Therapy gives us space to slow down, understand these patterns with compassion, and create new ways of responding that feel more grounded and intentional.
My approach is client-centered, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help connect thoughts, emotions, and the body. We’ll move at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and build tools you can use in everyday life, not just during sessions.
Clients often tell me they feel more emotionally regulated, confident, and clear over time. Many experience relief from overwhelm, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of self-trust. If you’re considering therapy but unsure where to start, you’re not alone. Support is available when you’re ready.
About Nayona Peña, LMSW
I’m Nayona Peña, a Licensed Master Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adults and couples in Texas. I help clients work through trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and the complicated transitions that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected.
I believe therapy is not about labels or quick fixes. It’s about connection, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences influence your present patterns and how to move toward growth and freedom in a way that feels authentic to you.
Outside of therapy, I recharge by learning and practicing astrology, watching a good show to unwind, and spending quality time with family. These moments help me stay grounded and present, both personally and professionally. Healing happens not only in major breakthroughs, but also in the small, everyday moments that bring us back to ourselves.
