About Me
Hi, I’m Rachel Wells, and I’m so glad you made it this far in seeking help.
If you’re looking for someone who will talk to you like a friend, challenge you like a coach, and walk beside you as a partner in your healing, then you’ve come to the right place.
I’ve spent over two decades working in both social work and ministry, and sometimes a beautiful mix of the two. I’m also a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mother, and a caregiver for a parent living with dementia so I understand firsthand how life’s challenges can feel heavy and relentless. But you don’t have to carry it alone.
In addition to my private practice, I work in a psychiatric hospital setting, where I support individuals in inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs. I’ve walked alongside clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and more, and I’ve witnessed incredible transformations when people are given tools, support, and hope.
You are not broken beyond repair. Healing is possible, and there is a way forward.
If my approach resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk this path of healing together.
