We are a private-pay practice that also accepts select insurance plans for client convenience.
This means you have the freedom to choose the best therapist for your needs, without being limited by insurance networks, session caps, or pre-authorization delays.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Credit & debit cards
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA)
A credit card is required on file to reserve appointments, but you will not be charged until your session.
While we are primarily private pay, we continue to accept select insurance plans for clients who prefer to use their benefits.
If you’d like to verify your mental health coverage, our team can help you confirm eligibility and copay information at no additional cost. Please note that authorization must be received before your session to ensure proper billing.
If insurance does not cover your session, clients are responsible for the remaining balance.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider:
Do I have mental health benefits for outpatient therapy?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many sessions are covered each year?
What is my copay or coinsurance per session?
Does my plan cover online (telehealth) sessions?
Are services covered through providers outside of Teledoc, MDLive, or similar networks?
We’re happy to assist you with verification, but ultimately, it’s important to know your plan’s details to avoid surprises.
We believe cost should never be the reason someone can’t access care.
Our MSW interns, supervised by licensed clinical experts, provide high-quality online therapy across Texas at an affordable rate.

Investing in therapy is investing in your growth, clarity, and long-term well-being.
